Implement and monitor health, safety, security and environmental procedures
Advise and assist site management
Inform site management of the categories of materials and equipment subject to periodic inspection.
Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and pass on any information useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
Participate in the analysis, reporting and follow-up of hazardous situations, incidents, near-misses and accidents in accordance with defined procedures.
Contribute to the analysis of safety risks and malfunctions and to the search for ways to improve them, draw up and monitor prevention plans.
Propose action plans, plan and monitor them at site or multi-site meetings
Monitor SSSE indicators and report to the QSSSE Department
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that site managers comply with safety-related regulatory obligations (authorizations, Single Document, Prevention Plan, PPE, training).
Analyze the regulatory watch and take into account the impact on the scope managed

Quality :

Ensure document management in accordance with current procedures and process mapping
Participate in analyzing malfunctions and identifying areas for improvement.
Propose and plan action plans
Manage and monitor site action plans
Implement quality standards with customers
Participate in the development of the quality application
Extract and process results from the quality application
Manage the "Continuous Improvement" process and track related indicators

Audit and control :

Monitor and initiate periodic inspections of equipment
Ensure that prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating methods are known and respected by all.
Conduct audits of QSSSE personnel and services

Training :

Organize actions to inform and raise awareness among employees about risks: workplace accidents, road risks, etc., and suggest areas for improvement.

Your assets

With a Bac +3 in Environmental Hygiene or Quality, you have experience in an industrial or agri-food environment.

You are familiar with the principles of certification, quality-related standards and procedures, and have a good knowledge of IT tools (particularly Excel).
You are able to analyze and summarize, and adapt to your contacts.

You are a self-starter, diplomatic and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
