Job offer QSE Coordinator F/H CDI Val d'Oise (95)

As part of our expansion in the airport handling sector, we are looking for a correspondent. You will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's QSSE policy for ground handling activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk prevention and customer satisfaction, and guaranteeing alignment with ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) certification requirements.

Missions :

Quality :

Define, implement and monitor the quality management system
Lead the continuous improvement process: internet audits, analysis of non-conformities, corrective action plans, etc.
Prepare and support customer, authority and ISAGO certification audits
Manage documentation and monitor quality indicators (KPIs, SLAs, complaint rates)

Safety and Security :

Ensure compliance with airport regulatory requirements (DGAC, IATA, EASA)
Carry out risk assessments (track, equipment, interventions)
Participate in incident/accident investigations, analyze root causes, propose preventive measures
Ensure that safety and crisis management plans are updated and applied
Train teams and raise their awareness of safety and security procedures

Environment :

Implement the environmental policies of the Group and the airport operator
Ensure compliance with ICPA requirements and other environmental standards
Tracking the environmental impact of ground operations
Develop environmental optimization initiatives (energy, fuel, etc.)

Your assets

You have a 4/5-year degree in quality or HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).
You have an excellent command of quality standards and a good knowledge of regulations specific to the aeronautical sector. In-depth expertise of the ISAGO standard (in particular HRM, ORM, QMS, SMS, SEC) is expected. You are also familiar with risk analysis methods such as FMEA and cause trees.

As a strong leader, you know how to manage several projects simultaneously and mobilize teams around common objectives. You have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in your dealings with authorities, auditors and external partners.

Among your key skills, you have a command of professional English, both written and spoken. You have at least five years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the airline industry, and have already successfully completed an ISAGO audit.
