Offer description

Your mission

We are recruiting for our welding cell, within the Engineering and Reactor Services Department, a :

Work-study welding coordinator F/H

 

Your main missions will involve both operational and technical management.

 

From an operational point of view :

- Participate in the development of welding procedures (R&D or project welding procedures)

- Participate in the preparation and supervision of QMOS and QS tests

- Participate in qualification management (QMOS and QS) in line with internal requirements

- Carry out in-process inspections in the workshop, on site or with subcontractors

- Ensure design compliance for welded assemblies (design reviews, review of drawings and isometrics, etc.)

- Define weld inspection methods

- Contribute to the operational training of welders

- Contribute to the proper management of additives.

 

From a technical point of view :

- Participate in tender reviews by analyzing technical and regulatory requirements for welded assemblies

- Draw up technical execution documents for worksites and projects (welding specifications and procedures)

-Participate in checking the technical skills of operating personnel and the application of good welding practices (on site, in the workshop or with subcontractors where applicable).

- Assist operational staff on site (worksite), in the workshop or at subcontractors on welding and related technical issues.

 

The position is based in Marseille 9e and requires frequent travel, particularly to the various nuclear power plants.

Your assets

You are rigorous, technically curious and enjoy working in the field. You also have good adaptability skills. Everyone's safety is paramount. So we're looking for someone who enjoys working for the community and has a strong health and safety culture.

 

You're currently a student on a 3-year degree course in materials/welding, and preparing for IWT certification.

Valid driving license essential.
