As part of the Regional Management sales team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
SALES ACTIVITY MONITORING SUPPORT FOR SALES MANAGEMENT :
- Maintain and make available the "Commercial Library" and all other administrative and legal documents,
- Create sales aids to facilitate sales responses,
- Monitor and organize tenders on the EXPLORE website and other platforms,
- Monitor the AO table and act as a relay for CRM support (Sugar),
- Respond to prospects' Request for Information (RFI) (CSR, social and financial data on the company, depending on their request) and follow up on deadlines.
RESPONSE TO AO :
- Centralize, check and submit documents requested on tender response platforms, and forward questions, requests for additional information and notifications to the relevant departments,
- Analyze the tender documents (AO file),
- Draw up technical bids and propose draft responses,
- Participate in kick-off meetings,
- Monitor CRM maintenance by the sales department,
- Manage (inventory, reassignment and follow-up of processing) the various requests emanating from the website.
With a BAC+3 to BAC+5 level, you have some initial professional experience in this field and a good knowledge of monitoring tools and traditional and paperless procedures for managing private and public calls for tender.
You have good interpersonal skills, and are able to organize, work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication, writing skills and computer skills required.
