Every year, we mentor interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while gaining hands-on experience in our fields.
In an environment where data is at the heart of our challenges, we are establishing a Performance and Data Division.
We are looking for a Data Analyst on a work-study program to join a team that is currently being formed.
You will work closely with the Division Director and play an active role in developing our data infrastructure.
You will work to support operational teams (Site Managers, Multi-Site Management) in collaboration with IT teams and the national IT department, with the goal of improving operational management and performance
🎯Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Participate in digital transformation projects and help implement performance management tools (reporting, dashboards, metrics)
- Help collect and consolidate data from the sites
- Help identify business needs in order to provide tailored analyses
- Help structure, clean, and ensure the reliability of data
- Help create simple and effective data models
- Help create data repositories
- Help develop dashboards (Power BI, QlikSense, etc.)
- Support business teams in using the tools
- Participate in the testing and validation phases of BI solutions
- Document the tools and data (data dictionary)
- Monitor developments in data analysis tools and methods
👤Your profile:
🎓You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering school, university) with a specialization in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
- You have a basic understanding of SQL and, ideally, Python
- Are you familiar with any data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.)?
- You are comfortable using Excel and other computer tools
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding business needs
- You are curious, thorough, and proactive
- You’re eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
