As a Data Analyst, you will be part of our ambition to define, create and maintain a Data environment on behalf of the Operational Departments and Site Managers, and you will work on these missions in close collaboration with the IT teams and the national IT Department.
In concrete terms, we want to set up operating tools and processes (visual management in the site area, live data in production, dematerialized briefing area) to create a dynamic environment conducive to analysis, management and operational performance.
You will be responsible for collecting, using and consolidating data from our customers' information systems.
This position will enable you to discover and understand the fascinating, dynamic and demanding world of aeronautics. You'll broaden your knowledge of the business by taking on the challenges of the various professions in this sector.
You will take part in the creation of our BI solutions by carrying out the following tasks:
o Contribute to consolidating data from our activities at the airport sites where Onet Airport Services operates.
o Understand the uses and business needs of site managers to create relevant analyses
o Collect, clean and structure data related to the activities performed (service references agreed with customers and their processing characteristics)
o Develop appropriate ergonomic data models
o Create data repositories
o Participate in the creation of a central datalake with Python
o Participate in the development of ETL pipelines via Python and be a driving force behind new development methods.
o Define the key indicators that meet business needs and translate them into a graphical dashboard using a tool such as Power BI or QlikSense.
o Ensure BI acceptance
o Supporting the business in the acceptance phase
o Communicate results and solutions to business teams and management
o Become a technical reference on the reporting tool
o Document the tools developed (central data dictionary)
o Monitor new data analysis technologies
o Secondly, provide recommendations to operational teams to optimize operations and participate in continuous improvement projects by applying analytical methods (demand forecasts, inventory optimization).
You have a degree in computer engineering, ideally complemented by a specialization in business intelligence.
You have a solid command of SQL language, as well as one or more data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView/QlikSense or Tableau. Knowledge of Python is also required for data manipulation and analysis.
Organized and rigorous, you are at ease managing data projects, from the needs gathering phase through to production. You know how to communicate complex analyses in a clear and accessible way to business teams, and are capable of managing several subjects in parallel, with a high level of autonomy and a real impact on operational decisions.
On a personal level, you are a good listener, curious and proactive, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are customer and business-oriented, with real expertise in Business Intelligence and the ability to propose concrete and relevant solutions, directly linked to business challenges.
An interest in the airport sector will be particularly appreciated. Experience in projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) would also be an asset.
