Job Opening: Financial Data Analyst (M/F) – Permanent Position

As part of the national expansion of our Airport Business Unit, we are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to strengthen our operational management team and support the growth of our business. Within the Operational Excellence Department, you will report to the Operational Management Controller of the Airport Business Unit. You will actively participate in structuring, analyzing, and ensuring the reliability of financial data in a rapidly growing environment. Your role will be key to steering the BU’s performance by ensuring data quality and contributing to the production of reliable and actionable indicators for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial data
• Contribute to the production of monthly and weekly financial reports
• Update and automate performance monitoring dashboards
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results (revenue, costs, margins, etc.)
• Identify data anomalies and propose corrective actions
• Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting and management tools
• Support the Management Controller in her analyses and month-end closing tasks

Work Environment You will work in a dynamic, data-driven, and performance-oriented environment as part of a finance team that collaborates closely with operational teams.

Location
The position is based at the headquarters in Roissy-en-France.

Travel
Occasional travel within the country is required as part of monitoring the activities of the Airport Business Unit.

Your assets

We are looking for a junior candidate with the following skills and qualities:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, management accounting, data science, or from a business or engineering school
• Proficiency in Excel and a passion for data manipulation
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent preferred)
• Basic understanding of financial analysis (P&L, performance metrics, budgeting)
• Diligence, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
• Curiosity, independence, and ability to work in a team
• Strong interest in data and operational finance
