Job Opening: Data Engineer – Internship Opportunity for 4th- or 5th-Year Engineering Students (M/F)

As our data operations continue to grow, we are seeking a Data Engineer intern to help design, develop, and scale data pipelines. You will work on practical challenges related to data collection, transformation, quality, and utilization.

Main tasks

Data Pipeline Development

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines
• Collect and integrate data from various sources (databases, APIs, CSV/Excel files)
• Automate data flows (batch and near real-time)

Transformation and modeling

Clean, transform, and enrich data
Optimize processing performance (queries, data volume, partitioning)

Data quality and reliability

Implement quality controls (testing, monitoring)
Handling errors and ensuring pipeline robustness
Document data flows and ensure their traceability

Industrialization & Best Practices

Control versioning of the code using Git
Help implement CI/CD
Apply best practices in software development (modularity, testing, documentation)

Your assets

Profile required

· Engineering student (4th or 5th year)

· Strong interest in data engineering and data systems

· Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)

· Strong foundation in SQL

· Strong proficiency in Python

· Basics of data modeling

Technical Environment

Languages: Python, SQL
Databases / data platform: Snowflake, Dataverse
ETL / Data Integration: Informatica, PowerApps
