Job Opening: AGENCY MANAGER (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Director of Operations and supported by your administrative and operations team, your main responsibilities will include the following:

Define the strategy and individual objectives
Manage support and operations teams
Facilitate agency meetings
Ensure compliance with specifications, allocation of human and technical resources in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental commitments.
Determine and monitor the annual budget
Analyze management indicators and address discrepancies
Define, organize, and monitor the commercial strategy for your sector
Regularly follow up with existing customers, take on new markets, and carry out public relations activities.
Optimizing personnel management (recruitment, training, career development, etc.)
Chairing the IRP (CSE) and maintaining a positive social climate

Your assets

You hold a college degree and have at least 10 years of experience managing a profit center, gained in the service industry, ideally in the hospitality sector. Ideally, you have prior experience in the cleaning industry.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You have excellent commercial skills and are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
