We are recruiting a Branch Manager F/H.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and supported by your administrative and operational team, your main missions will be to :
- Defining strategy and individual objectives
- Manage support and operations teams
- Lead agency meetings
- Ensure compliance with specifications, allocate human and technical resources in accordance with quality, safety and environmental commitments
- Determine and monitor the annual budget
- Analyze management indicators and reframe discrepancies
- Define, organize and monitor your sector's sales strategy
- Ensure regular follow-up of existing customers, win new business, and carry out public relations operations
- Optimize personnel management (recruitment, training, careers, etc.)
- Presiding over IRPs (CSE) and maintaining a good labor relations climate
With a higher education background, you have proven experience in profit center management, acquired in BtoB services. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.
As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You have excellent sales skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
