Reporting to the Regional Manager and dedicated to our cleaning activities in the transport sector, your missions will be as follows:
Operational management :
- Defining strategy and individual objectives
- Manage support and operations teams
- Supervise site management,
- Ensure compliance with specifications, allocate human and technical resources in accordance with Quality, Safety and Environmental commitments
- Lead agency meetings
Business development :
- Define, organize and monitor the sales strategy for the sector: regular follow-up of existing customers, development of new markets, public relations operations, with the aim of increasing sales.
HR and social management :
- Supervise recruitment
- Optimize personnel management (career, training, compliance with regulations)
- Preside over IRPs (CE/DP/CHSCT) and maintain a good social climate
- Preventing and managing individual and collective disputes
Financial management :
- Define and monitor the annual budget
- Analyze management indicators and reframe discrepancies
- Report regularly to your superiors
The position is based in Nantes, where the main agency is located. You will also be in charge of supervising and developing our Tours branch, with regular travel between the two sites.
With a technical background (engineering school or equivalent), you have at least 5 years' experience in managing a large B-to-B profit center.
A hands-on person, you are recognized for your leadership, responsiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
Your managerial skills enable you to combine the quality of social relations with the development of operational objectives.
A perfect command of computer tools is required for this position.
