Define strategy and individual objectives
Manage support and operating teams
Lead branch meetings
Ensure compliance with specifications, allocate human and technical resources in line with quality commitments, safety and environmental commitments
Determine and monitor the annual budget
Analyze management indicators and rectify discrepancies
Define, organize and monitor the sales strategy for your sector
Ensure regular follow-up of existing customers, take on new markets, and ensure public relations operations
Ensure optimal personnel management (recruitment, training, career...)
Preside over employee representative bodies (CSE) and maintain a good social climate

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years' experience in profit center management, acquired in BtoB services. Ideally, you have already worked in the cleaning sector.

As an experienced manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You have excellent commercial skills and are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
