As a true operational orchestra conductor, you steer all industrial production and guarantee the performance, quality, safety and profitability of operations.

You will lead and develop teams in a calm, collaborative atmosphere, while supporting SDMS's growth.

🎯 Your main responsibilities :

- Plan, organize and supervise all production activities
- Manage project schedules, resources and budgets
- Guarantee the quality and conformity of products
- Organize and optimize industrial performance and workshop flexibility.
- Manage teams and support their development (recruitment, training, safety culture)
- Supervise maintenance and investments in production equipment
- Work closely with internal departments, customers and subcontractors
- Promote safety, health and environmental policy (delegated authority)
- Participate in CODIR and manage performance indicators.

The position is based in Saint-Romans (38).

Your assets

We're looking for someone with an engineering degree or 5 years' higher education in industrial management, production or an equivalent technical field, with significant experience in managing production teams.

You have a real passion for people management, as the main challenge of the job lies in leading and mobilizing a team of around 70 highly qualified employees, working in a demanding technical environment subject to numerous operational hazards. We are looking for a leader capable of federating, supporting, developing skills and helping teams to grow, in a climate of trust, listening and collaboration.
