Your mission

 

In order to intensify its development, Onet Accueil is recruiting a Business Development Manager F/H.

 

Based in Marseille (13) or Maisons-Alfort (94), with a secondary office in Courbevoie, and reporting to the Development Director, you will build the company's key account strategy and play an active role in its national growth.

 

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

 

Development and deployment of sales strategy : 

  • Define and deploy the sales strategy for your area in collaboration with the National Development Department and General Management.
  • Lead, coordinate and organize sales activities by defining the actions to be implemented.
  • Set objectives, analyze performance indicators and define action plans.

 

Business management and oversight :

  • Manage and federate a team whose skills you are responsible for developing.
  • Ensure compliance with quantitative and qualitative sales targets

 

Portfolio development and prospecting:

  • Identify development opportunities, define and deploy an aggressive prospecting strategy, and ensure portfolio diversification.
  • Develop new national contracts with major contractors.
  • Responding to calls for tender (financial and technical bids) in synergy with the departments concerned.
  • Participate in the organization of sales presentations and conduct negotiations.
  • Act as a privileged contact for customers and prospects, making regular visits to establish long-term relationships.
  • Ensure the quality of offers and anticipate their renewal.
  • Represent Onet at industry events and promote the Group's image.
  • Ensure regular reporting to your superiors and customers.
Your assets

 

With a university degree (BAC+5), you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, acquired in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the hospitality sector.

 

Business development, key account management and team management hold no secrets for you. You have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a flair for results.

 

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, creativity and communication skills. You know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams.

 

In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
