In order to intensify its development, Onet Accueil is recruiting a Business Development Manager F/H.
Based in Marseille (13) or Maisons-Alfort (94), with a secondary office in Courbevoie, and reporting to the Development Director, you will build the company's key account strategy and play an active role in its national growth.
In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Business management and oversight :
Portfolio development and prospecting:
With a university degree (BAC+5), you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, acquired in the BtoB services sector. Ideally, you have already worked in the hospitality sector.
Business development, key account management and team management hold no secrets for you. You have strong negotiating skills, tenacity and a flair for results.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, creativity and communication skills. You know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams.
In addition, you stand out for your rigor, adaptability and results orientation. Very comfortable with figures, you are a recognized manager.
