Your mission

Onet is recruiting a Marketing Director (M/F) as part of the growth of its cleaning and facility management activities.

 

Based at the head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement), reporting to the Group Marketing and Communications Director and functionally to the Development Director of Onet Propreté & Services, you will actively contribute to the growth and development of the cleaning and facility management business. At the head of a team of four employees, you will propose, develop, and implement the business unit's marketing strategy and annual plan. You will anticipate market developments and trends in order to respond to new demands, develop new offers, and provide a distinctive Onet customer experience.

 

As such, your main responsibilities are as follows:

 

Marketing strategy, research, and monitoring:

  • Define the marketing strategy for business lines/offerings (value proposition, positioning, clarity of offerings, etc.)
  • Managing market, customer, and competitor monitoring
  • Analyze market developments to identify new opportunities and areas of differentiation.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarks, and customer portfolio analyses

Implementation of the marketing plan and offers:

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and associated budget
  • Design and launch new offerings in collaboration with business, operations, and innovation teams.
  • Develop high-value-added branded content that generates qualified leads
  • Manage communication activities (content, digital campaigns, email marketing, trade shows, etc.)
  • Design brand messaging and marketing and sales tools (brochures, PowerPoint presentations, videos, landing pages, sales pitches, etc.)

Data strategy and CRM marketing:

  • Define, with the various CRM stakeholders, the marketing data model that is useful for the BU.
  • Analyze customer data, implement a 360° view, and activate marketing automation strategies.
  • Ensure data quality, monitor proper use of the tool, and implement related KPIs.

Steering and management:

  • Overseeing the business unit's marketing activities with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
  • Manage and unite a team of four employees, whose skills you are responsible for developing.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize the organization of your department
Your assets

You have a five-year degree (business school, master's in marketing or communications, etc.) and at least 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally in a B2B environment and in the service sector.

 

With a strong business, data, and customer culture, you analyze markets and usage patterns to identify growth drivers. You play a key role in steering and developing new offerings, from defining the value proposition to bringing them to market, working closely with the sales and operations teams.

 

Focused on performance, innovation, and the field, you are proactive and pragmatic in your execution. Comfortable with digital tools, CRM, and omnichannel communication channels, you know how to leverage customer data to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives and the customer experience.
