Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the technical, commercial, financial, human and social performance of several customer sites in the Normandy region.
You will be working with major players in various sectors such as energy, automotive and petrochemicals in this region.
Your main tasks are :
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
o Manage and lead operating and support teams,
o Define site policy and objectives in consultation with operational management and deploy them within your scope
o Optimize flows and schedules with a view to customer satisfaction and performance
o Contribute your expertise and advise your superiors and teams
o Ensure the implementation of and compliance with health and safety rules and working conditions.
o Lead site meetings
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
o Guarantee the profitability of the profit center and manage the operating account,
o Monitor the budget
o Analyze the management and performance indicators reported by operational management and correct any discrepancies
o Report regularly to your superiors.
SALES DEVELOPMENT
o Ensure local sales development, in collaboration with the design office
o Manage relations with customers and specifiers
o Monitor and improve KPIs
o Define customer needs
HR AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT
o Optimize personnel management (career, training, compliance with regulations)
o Contribute to the selection and recruitment of operational teams
o Manage and lead labor relations with the IRP
o Ensure a good labor relations climate
With a 2/3 to 5-year higher education qualification in Logistics and Transport or equivalent, you have at least 3 years' experience as a site manager in a complex and demanding environment, acquired in the logistics sector.
With your strong team spirit and leadership skills, you are a manager who is close to your colleagues and able to communicate with different types of people.
Reactive and stress-resistant, you know how to deal with the unexpected and take initiative.
