The main role of the QSE Manager is to define, lead and manage quality, safety and environmental policy at national level, in line with the strategy pursued by General Management. He ensures that a strong safety culture is developed and nurtured, with the aim of anchoring it permanently in the network's processes, values and territories.
In this capacity, its main missions are :
Strategy & Steering
- Define and implement the QSE strategy and associated objectives
- Design and manage the Management System and its documentation
- Monitor regulations and standards
- Manage certifications and audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MASE...)
- Monitor performance indicators and budgets
Animation & Communication
- Raise awareness and train teams in QSE culture
- Communicate and report to management and partners
- Support the network of regional QSE managers
Management
- Organize and optimize the QSE team
- Maintain a good social climate and develop internal skills
With a BAC+5 in QHSE or equivalent, you have proven experience in QHSE in positions of responsibility or management. You are familiar with the principles of certification (NF, MASE, ISO, etc.) and with quality and safety standards and procedures.
You are recognized for your rigor and autonomy, your organizational skills and you have strong interpersonal skills.
You have solid experience in team management, both hierarchically and functionally, in a multi-site environment.
