ONET PROPRETÉ ET FACILITY SERVICES is looking for a :
Factotum (F/H)
CDI
Start of contract: As soon as possible
35 hours / week
Location: Outreau
Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
Your main tasks:
- Check compressors and upgrade if necessary;
- Fitting out premises;
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and sanitary installations, compressors, lighting, etc;
- Carry out painting, wallpapering, masonry, floor and wall repairs, etc;
- Changing or repairing: glass, handles, locks, doors, thresholds, tiles, parquet flooring, skirting boards, linoleum, false ceilings, etc;
- Ensure the safety of installations by installing fire extinguishers, emergency power units, safety rails, lighting, etc.
Profile required:
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated.
A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.
You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.
First experience in a similar position is welcome.
You also have the following skills:
-French comprehension for instructions and feedback.
- Ability to work independently.
- Know how to report a problem to your superiors.
Ideally, you will have the following qualifications (but in-house training is possible):
-Electrical clearance: H0B0 BS or BR.
- CACES 3 and PEMP.
- Work at height certification
