Your tasks :

Local management / Operations
Steering and organizing operational activities

Quality – Safety – Environment (QSE)

Conducting field audits and gap analyses
Implementation and monitoring of action plans
Raising awareness and supporting operational teams
Contributing to the continuous improvement of QSE performance

Continuous improvement / Project management
Steering process improvement projects
Operational performance analysis
Deployment of continuous improvement methods and tools
Change management support for field teams
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders

Human Resources
Local HR management (recruitment, onboarding, skills monitoring)
Support for operational managers
Contribution to cross-functional HR projects
Contribution to a positive working environment and team retention
