Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory controls, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the success of EDF's industrial programs aimed at safely producing low-carbon energy.

Would you like to make the most of your talent within a large-scale company on a human scale?
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Conduct qualifying nuclear and non-nuclear training courses
- Ensure that the objectives defined with the client are met and that your file remains compliant throughout the training
- Evaluate trainees and their satisfaction at the end of training sessions
- You continuously monitor developments to stay up to date on educational approaches, methods, and content.
- You relay information from the field to the Training Manager.
- You will be the client's primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
Do you recognize yourself?
Ideally, you will have completed a two-year post-secondary program and have at least two years of successful experience in construction site management in the nuclear industry.
A several-month training period focused on the role of trainer is planned as part of your onboarding, and you will initially work in pairs before becoming more independent.
Versatility, adaptability, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies are essential to successfully carrying out this mission, as are strong writing skills and a genuine commitment to teamwork.
