Onet Logistique & Production offers a permanent professional contract combining training and field assignments, open to both beginners and those looking to change careers.

🎓 The CDI Pro program: a diploma course + a permanent contract
For one year, you will take:

Training at our center in Saint-Nazaire to prepare for RNCP 36979 certification – Level 3 (aircraft painting).
Professional immersion at our client's site in Montoir-de-Bretagne, working with a major player in the aeronautics sector.
At the end of the program, you will have all the skills you need to work within our teams on a long-term basis.

✈️ Your responsibilities once you join the company
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be involved in:

Preparing the areas and surfaces to be treated (degreasing, masking, marking, etc.)
Preparing the products to be applied: references, colors, mixtures, viscosity
Applying PR sealant, paint, and water repellents in accordance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, RSD, etc.)
Reporting any hazards or anomalies to your line manager

⏱️ Organization of working time

At the training center:
👉 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)

In companies: mandatory rotating three-shift work schedule

Morning: 5:00 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (Friday 12:30 p.m.)
Afternoon: 12:45 p.m.–8:30 p.m. (Friday 7:45 p.m.)
Night: 8:30 p.m.–4:15 a.m. (Friday 3:00 a.m.)

Training period: at the Fab Academy in Saint-Nazaire
In-company: in Montoir-de-Bretagne
