Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a GMO² Manager to work on a project for a client in the industrial and nuclear sectors.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities are:
WMS (GMO²) System Management:
- Ensure data entry, updates, and reliability within the system
- Create and manage items (references, identification, locations)
- Ensure consistency between physical and digital inventory records,
Logistics Management:
- Record and monitor equipment movements
- Oversee flows between the main warehouse and COUT stores
- Ensure the proper allocation of equipment to worksites.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishments
Improving inventory reliability:
- Analyze discrepancies between physical and system inventory
- Participate in inventories and utilize the results
- Implement and monitor corrective actions
- Draft variance analyses for management
Tracking and traceability:
- Ensure full traceability of equipment.
- Monitor loans, returns, and anomalies
- Ensure the monitoring of sensitive or regulated equipment
- Coordinate inspections with referenced external organizations
- Manage the archiving of compliance documents
- Draft disposal requests and ensure their follow-up
Support for operational teams:
- Support warehouse teams in using the WMS
- Address issues related to workflows or system anomalies
Contribute to the improvement of field practices.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring ::
- Produce and monitor logistics indicators (stock reliability, discrepancies, rotations, etc.)
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Alert in case of deviation or anomaly
Continuous improvement :
- Propose optimizations for logistics processes
Participate in the implementation of new procedures.
- Propose improvements for the use and evolution of the WMS
Your role in the service:
You are responsible for ensuring the reliability of logistics data and the smooth operation of the WMS, while maintaining traceability, compliance, and the efficiency of material flows in a demanding nuclear environment.
- You are recognized for your meticulousness and analytical skills
- You are proficient in IT tools and WMS systems (GMO² or equivalent).
You have a good understanding of logistics flows.
- You are able to identify and correct anomalies quickly
- Do you have a knack for teaching and enjoy working in a team
? Experience in an industrial or nuclear environment is a plus
