Job Opening: Logistics Manager (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Haute-Savoie (74)

ONET Logistics & Production is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee its logistics operations, which will be carried out on behalf of its client in the aerospace/defense sector.

The position is located at Orange-Caritat air base (84).

Reporting to the Team Leader, your main logistical tasks are :

Receive the carrier (verify shipping documents; load and unload).

Unload or load trucks using a forklift.

Receive products and verify that the delivery meets specifications.

Put products into stock (using manual handling and material-handling equipment).

Pick, prepare, group or ungroup products, and pack materials or orders.

Move and deliver products using material-handling equipment in accordance with instructions (forklifts, vehicles, etc.).

Enter data into the various information systems in accordance with established procedures (including SAP and ATAMS).

Conduct inventory counts, analyze and resolve discrepancies.

Enter and retrieve internal or external information.

Analyze and complete the shipping information and identify the steps needed to ship the equipment.

Handle blocking and non-blocking dispute cases, damage claims, and track packages.

Transporting equipment using a forklift and a vehicle.

Carry out and adapt operational tasks in accordance with quality guidelines and procedures.

Analyze job-related data to solve problems and determine next steps.

On the service side, you guarantee the compliance of the logistical processing of materials, whether documentary or physical.

Vous êtes titulaire du CACES R489 catégorie 3 (chariot élévateur frontal <6T) ou vous avez de l'expérience à la conduite de cet engin.

You are equally at ease with computers and physical tasks (handling, physical inspection, transport, etc.).

You have a strong sense of customer satisfaction. We recognize your adaptability, rigor, responsiveness and team spirit.

Ideally, you have already worked in a military aeronautical environment.
