Management of IT equipment fleets (hardware, licenses and cell phone lines): coordination of orders, administration of internal inventories, cost control, monitoring of invoicing and supervision of fleet obsolescence.
IT account management: control of user account movements (creations, deletions, modification of rights) and prevention of inconsistencies
Supplier relations: coordination of orders, formulation of quotations, management of disputes (material and invoicing) and contribution to technology watch.
User support: first-level functional assistance on delivery of equipment, and help in using ordering and management tools.
Support for Group agencies: design of operating procedures, collaboration in the preparation of and oral participation in webinars
Participation in updating fleet and account management tools: monitoring and maintaining repositories and databases
Participation in certain Group IT projects

Your assets

With at least a BAC + 2 diploma, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role or in an activity that demonstrates your sense of service, organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.

You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy and flexibility. You are also a good communicator (oral and written) and like to contribute to the team. You can make proposals to optimize IT department resources.

You have a good command of Pack Office office automation tools. Knowledge of EASY VISTA software and an interest in IT are additional assets.
