Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

Team management and leadership:

- Responsible for preparing and maintaining rooms and common areas,

- Take charge of service management and supervise floor staff (chambermaids; team members),

- Manage openings and closings for staff boards,

- Monitor and manage the work of chambermaids,

- Train new arrivals (cleaning methodology, hotel standards, use of equipment, best practices, recommended gestures and postures to limit RSI, etc.),

Operation :

- Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities and

equipment supplied by the company (vacuum cleaners, carts, etc.)

- Check equipment, supplies, uniforms

professional..,

- Commercial relations with suppliers

and subcontractors,

- Manage inventory, materials and supplies required for the business...,

- Monitor the application of health and safety rules,

- Guarantee and ensure qualitative and quantitative targets,

- Scheduling of floor staff,

- Check the state of cleaning and ensure the cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, landings and the condition of furniture, washrooms and the room,

- Report problems to maintenance teams,

- Ensure compliance with hotel and Onet rules, instructions and procedures,

Your role is an important one: you ensure a clean, healthy and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises by managing the Femmes/Valets de chambres teams. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

Your assets

You're preparing a 2-year Bac +2 course in the hotel industry under a work-study program (apprenticeship or professionalization).

You are recognized for your commitment and dedication. Your rigor and ability to manage priorities enable you to meet deadlines. You demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Good oral and written communication skills are essential.

You have good interpersonal skills, are able to organize yourself and work both independently and as part of a team.
