Job offer: Housekeeper M/F Permanent contract Pyrénées Atlantiques (64)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and public areas by managing the cleaning teams and two hotels.

You play an important role in ensuring a clean, healthy and orderly environment for the occupants of the premises.

Your main tasks are :

Responsible for preparing and maintaining the premises
Supervise and manage the housekeepers/valets - 20 people -
Guarantee and ensure qualitative and quantitative targets
Train new arrivals (cleaning methodology, facility standards, use of equipment, best practices, recommended gestures and postures to limit RSI, service attitude, etc.).
Drawing up employee schedules
Check the state of cleaning in the facility
Ensure the proper operation of the plant's facilities and equipment supplied by the company (vacuum cleaners, carts, etc.).
Ensures the cleanliness and condition of furniture, sanitary facilities, etc.
Report problems to technical maintenance teams
Check performance
Ensures compliance with plant and Onet rules, instructions and procedures
Report work-related accidents, commuting accidents and sick leave to the agency
Ensure QSE follow-up and feedback as requested by the agency (talks, feedback on risk situations).
Be the primary contact for hotel management

Working conditions:

work during the week and/or weekend according to schedule
2 days off per week

Your assets

If you are motivated and hardworking, you already have some serious advantages for this position. Previous experience in a similar position is required.

As a hands-on person, you are known for your rigor, thoroughness, and independence, with an eye for detail and perfection. Your team spirit and ability to unite and support the existing team will also be greatly appreciated.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

You are comfortable in the following areas:

Understanding of French for giving instructions and reporting information
