For one of our hotel clients based in Lyon Part Dieu, we have an opening for a Gouvernante :

Your main mission is to manage and deliver a site, in accordance with the specifications and the rules and procedures in force.

You are the direct contact with reception.

Your missions are as follows:

Operation :

- Ensure and monitor the proper application of services

- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.

- Ensure staff training: skills and abilities to perform services

Management :

- Manage the site team: foremen and operatives

- Welcome and integrate new employees as needed

- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions

- Ensuring a lasting social climate

Equipment management and maintenance :

- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been carried out.

-You are a good listener, you make proposals and you take initiatives.

-You are discreet and rigorous

-Initial experience in a similar position is desirable

-Driver's license and vehicle is a plus

Your role is an important one: you ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.

Position type: 1.5-month fixed-term contract

Job location: Lyon 3 Part Dieu

Working hours :

ð Full-time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

ð Be available to work at least 3 weekends a month
