Job offer Host / Barista (F/H) F/H CDD Monaco

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will guarantee a reception service focused exclusively on satisfying internal customers and visitors.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

1. Welcoming customers in the lounge & Barista area

- Ensure a warm, professional and personalized welcome for customers and guests

- Maintain a neat, proactive presence in the lounge area

- Prepare and serve hot beverages (use of barista machine)

- Managing wine cellar restocking

- Ensure that the space is well laid out (flowers, cleanliness, etc.)

- Cleaning coffee machines, dishes

- Coffee service for in-house lunches in the lounges

2. CEO services

- Tray served at CEO with coffee + water every morning (+ other coffees if required)

- Order lunches (when eating in the office)

- Serving breakfast trays in the office

3. Help with lunchtime restaurant service

- Management of reservation requests in the mailbox + Excell file

- Tablet management for background music

- Draw up a daily seating plan based on the day's bookings

- Welcome customers/guests to the restaurant and seat them at their table

- Coordination with kitchen team for reservations, seating plan, allergies

- Help set up the room for service (tables, wine, water...)

- Update + Print menus

- Help with lunch service + clearing away if necessary

Your assets

With a university degree, you have significant experience in the hospitality sector.

Your English and Italian are fluent, and you're at ease with IT tools.

With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are dynamic and autonomous.

You will also be able to react quickly, be rigorous and organized.

Experience in Monaco required.
