Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency in SAINT-MARTIN DU VIVIER, you will join our customer's site based in LE TRAIT (76).
As part of a temporary replacement contract, you will work as a receptionist for our customer from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be trained to perform occasional occasional replacements in the event of the absence of our regular host(s) during their vacations, or in the event of an unexpected absence (car breakdown, illness...).
Position to be filled from April 16, 2025 to May 2, 2025 inclusive.
In this capacity, your missions are as follows:
- Physical reception of visitors and employees on site,
- Telephone answering service,
- Email management,
- Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking),
- Cab reservations
- Reportings
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

You have a sense of service and rigor. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.
You have excellent elocution and writing skills.
You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience as a host or hostess in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
