Attached to theONET Accueil agency in Saint Martin Du Vivier (76), you will be working at one of our clients' sites located inLe Havre (76). This is a fixed-term contract from Tuesday, January 14 to Friday, January 16, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. In the event of unexpected absences , the contract will be extended from Monday to Friday(excluding public holidays).

For now, only from Tuesday, January 14 to Friday, January 16, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

And in case of unexpected absence;

Depending on who you're replacing;

8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.(Full-time 35 hours)

07h00 to 14h00 (Full-time35h)

These schedules are fixed according to replacement needs.

Main tasks:

Welcome visitors with professionalism, friendliness and discretion
Handle telephone calls and convey information clearly
Mail management
Badge management
Mailing
Perform simple administrative tasks
Help visitors find their way around the company and its surroundings (transport, restaurants, cabs, etc.).

Your assets

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
