As part of theONET Accueil branch in Saint-Martin-du-Vivier (76), you will be assigned to one of our clients’ sites in Venette(60) . This position is available on a fixed-term contract or to cover unexpected absences. Monday through Friday(excluding holidays).

from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Full-time)

These schedules are fixed according to replacement needs.

Main tasks:

Greet visitors with professionalism, friendliness and discretion
Handle telephone calls and convey information clearly
Management of badges, keys, PTI, alarms
Gate management
Mailing
Perform simple administrative tasks
Help visitors find their way around the company and its surroundings (transport, restaurants, cabs, etc.).

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
