Job offer Receptionist F/H CDD Sélestat

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency, you will work at our customer's site in Sélestat (near the hospital, not easily accessible by public transport).

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
Telephone reception
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
Make an appointment
Various administrative tasks
Fleet management/parking

Replacement to be filled from Monday 07 to Monday 21 July inclusive (except 14/07 holiday) and from 18 to 29 August inclusive.

Opening hours Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm

2/3-day training session to be scheduled in advance during the 1st week of July.

Other occasional replacements may be offered throughout the year.

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.

A good knowledge of English is a plus.
