Job Opening: Premium Receptionist in the Luxury Sector (M/F)

Location: MONACO / Banking Sector

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure a reception service focused exclusively on the satisfaction of internal clients and visitors.

Your main responsibilities include:

Greeting customers in person, managing customer appointments in collaboration with bank tellers, issuing PINs and bank cards to customers,

Preparing and delivering selected mail, booking lunches, hotels, taxis, etc., for clients. Managing reservations for the bank’s restaurant, as well as greeting clients and escorting them to their seats.

Bank switchboard duties and various administrative tasks.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience in private banking and the luxury hospitality industry.

A dynamic, cheerful person who is a team player, thorough, punctual, friendly, service-oriented, and flexible…

Your assets

With a university degree, you have significant experience in the hospitality sector.

Your English and Italian are fluent, and you're at ease with IT tools.

With excellent interpersonal and service skills, you are dynamic and autonomous.

You will also be able to react quickly, be rigorous and organized.

Experience in Monaco required.
