Job offer Host(ess) d'accueil en entreprise pour des remplacements F/H CDD Hautes Pyrénées (65)

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency in Vitrolles ( 13 ), you will be joining one of our customers' sites in Lanne ( 65 ) for replacements during the week of November 05 to 06, 2025.

In order to be fully operational, you will receive practical training on the job beforehand.

Opening hours :

08H 12H15 and 13H 17h

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
Telephone reception
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
Mailings
Mail and parcel management
Various administrative tasks

Your assets

Your rigor and your sense of service need no further demonstration. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills. You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
