Job offer: Receptionist (M/F) Permanent contract Paris (75)

We are looking for temporary receptionists to join the Onet Accueil agency in the Paris region .You will be replacing our permanent receptionists at our client sites in Paris and the inner suburbs. Yourmain tasks will be as follows:

Physically welcoming visitors
Managing telephone calls
Take charge of booking meeting rooms
Manage mail and couriers
Place various orders for cabs, meal trays, etc.
Perform ancillary administrative tasks
Participate in the continuous improvement and updating of procedures
Provide timely on-the-job training for new employees
Ensure reporting of field information to the agency

Your assets

You are responsive, thorough, and your commitment to service is well established. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
