Participate in the proper execution of the contract in collaboration with the Operations Manager
Lead team meetings and ensure smooth integration and training of new employees
Help maintain a calm social climate within the workforce
Draw up regular activity reports based on pre-defined indicators
Identify customer expectations and propose innovative, differentiating solutions
Regular check-ins with customers

Your assets

You have successful initial experience in the hospitality sector and are recognized for your managerial and leadership skills.

Your adaptability, sense of organization, service and communication skills are well proven.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
