Job Opening: NDT Engineer (Work-Study Program)

As part of our efforts to expand our non-destructive testing operations, we are offering a work-study program in NDT engineering designed to train future experts capable of working on high-value-added technical projects.

Working alongside an experienced mentor, you will participate in engineering, process development, and the qualification of non-destructive testing methods used in nuclear facilities.

You will gradually be assigned to the following tasks:

Research and Technical Development

Participate in the preparation of engineering studies related to the development and implementation of NDT methods;
Contribute to the development of ultrasonic (UT) and/or eddy current (EC) testing methods based on your skills and career progression.

Industrialization and certification

Help implement, scale up, and validate testing processes;
Contribute to the drafting of technical documents, including qualification files for NDT methods applied to pressure equipment.

Participation in operational activities

Observe and, as you gain experience, assist in performing non-destructive testing to support the teams;
Contribute to the training of operational teams and the transfer of expertise.

Your assets

You are pursuing a master’s degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, physics, instrumentation, or non-destructive testing (at an engineering school or through a master’s program).

Experience or knowledge of NDT is a plus.

Strong interest in NDT methods (UT, CF, UTPA, TOFD, etc.).
Diligence, technical curiosity, analytical skills, and a desire to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
