In order to support the growth of our engineering projects for the nuclear industry, we are recruiting a:
Design Engineer in Multiphysics Calculus F/M
Reporting to the Head of the Calculations Department of the Technical Department, the Mechanical Calculation Engineer is involved in complex projects for the design of mechanical equipment for the nuclear industry and carries out various mechanical justification studies, in collaboration with other teams or departments.
In this context, its main missions are:
- the definition and justification of calculation hypotheses based on the life phases of the equipment in accordance with the nuclear normative field
- Carrying out mechanical dimensioning calculations in accordance with the nuclear normative field (by finite elements and analytical),
- the drafting and control of the associated justification files,
- Assistance in the design of various systems and equipment in collaboration with the project team and other entities of the Technical Department
With a higher technical education bac+5 (engineering school or university equivalent) in mechanics, numerical simulation, you have a first experience in mechanical calculation within a technical design office.
Proficiency in ANSYS WORKBENCH numerical simulation software is essential.
Knowledge of the following software would be a plus: ANSYS FLUENT, ROBOT STRUCTURAL, PIPESTRESS.
Ideally, you have already worked on nuclear equipment.
Knowledge of the following codes and standards is a plus: RCC-M, Eurocodes, FEM, 13480, 13445, ASME.
