To support the growth of our engineering projects for the nuclear industry, we are recruiting :
Mechanical design engineer F/H
You will work on projects for major nuclear contractors, creating special mechanical equipment for testing, handling, maintenance, repair and operation of nuclear facilities (national and international deployment).
You will be required to use innovative, highly technical resources such as remote-controlled equipment, mechatronics, robotics and special machines in highly constrained (submerged, highly radiated) or even extreme environments.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be involved in all phases of a project, from the tender phase, studies (feasibility, APS, APD, EXE, etc.) to implementation (consultation, contracting, construction, assembly), factory testing, on-site commissioning (assembly and testing).
- You will participate in the design of various systems and equipment in collaboration with the project team and multidisciplinary teams in the technical department.
- You research and define technical solutions
- You monitor subcontractors
- You take part in factory and on-site tests
- You alert your manager to any deviation or risk of deviation from set objectives.
- You respect and implement current standards, procedures and guidelines.
You have 5 years' higher education in mechanical engineering (engineering school or university equivalent), ideally with 8 to 10 years' experience in the nuclear and/or special machine sectors.
You have a good command of documentary drafting, as well as SolidWorks and/or CATIA V5 software.
You are familiar with EPDM software (optional).
You enjoy working as part of a team, and are recognized for your commitment, rigor and autonomy.
You have a good level of reading, writing and speaking English.
Knowledge of the following codes and standards is a real plus to help you get started: RCC-M, RCC-MRx Eurocodes (optional).
