Job offer Design engineer in radiation protection and nuclear measurements F/H CDI Cote d'Or (21)

In this context, we are looking for a Radiation Protection & Nuclear Measurements Engineer to strengthen our teams. The position is based at CEA's Valduc facility, but also reports to the design office at the Villejust agency.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Carry out dosimetric risk assessments and ALARA studies.

Produce radiation protection studies, for both small and significant issues.

Define radiological zoning for facilities.

Design biological protection systems.

Define radiological measurement and monitoring equipment for nuclear facilities.

Carry out radiation protection calculations for all types of radiation: flux, fluence, dose rates, activation, spectrum aging, etc.

Your assets

With an engineering or Master's degree (Bac +5) in radiation protection, nuclear physics, atomic engineering, physical measurements or equivalent, you have experience in radiation protection studies and/or nuclear measurements, ideally in a sensitive industrial or nuclear environment.

Your autonomy, your sense of results and your ability to make informed decisions will be decisive factors in your success in this position.
