As an energy efficiency and sustainable building engineer, you'll be involved in a variety of projects:
- Manage asset consulting and energy management initiatives for real estate assets
- Optimize the performance of commercial buildings: energy and carbon audits, BMS audits, climate risk studies, ESG assessments, etc.
- Manage certification processes for operations (HQE Exploitation, Breeam In-Use),
- Contribute to developing an internal culture of knowledge and foresight (strategic and regulatory watch, technological innovations, international development, etc.);
You have a higher education qualification (Bac +5) in energy, power engineering, energy efficiency, thermal engineering, sustainable building or the environment, and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's motivated, who'll thrive and get involved in their assignments. Of course, we're looking for skills:
- You are familiar with the challenges of energy and environmental efficiency in the building industry, as well as with operating certifications (HQE Exploitation, and Breeam In-Use).
- You are autonomous in carrying out and monitoring your projects
