Onet is a major player in services for businesses and local governments. As part of its growth, the Cleaning & Services Business Unit is seeking a Business Development & Transformation Project Manager to support strategic projects and contribute to the company’s performance.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

Strategic Project Management

Support the implementation of business development and transformation projects.
Define the objectives, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Monitor action plans and identify areas requiring attention.
Prepare and facilitate project steering committee meetings.

Sales Performance

Conduct studies, analyses, and benchmarks.
Develop and refine management dashboards.
Help optimize business processes.
Contribute to the reliability and use of strategic data.

Coordination and Cross-Functional Management

Coordinate with the various internal contacts.
Facilitate collaboration among sales, operations, and support teams.
Support teams through change and the adoption of new work methods.
Foster a results-oriented team dynamic.

Innovation and Digital Transformation

Monitor market innovations.
Identify opportunities related to artificial intelligence and digital technology.
Contribute to the development of CRM and reporting tools.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience and operational performance.

Your assets

As a graduate of a leading business school, engineering school, Sciences Po, or a recognized university, you have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally gained at a consulting firm or in roles related to business development, strategy, transformation, or project management.

You have demonstrated your ability to support business growth by identifying development opportunities, formulating high-value-added recommendations, and leading strategic or transformation projects. You thrive in challenging environments where an understanding of business issues, close collaboration with decision-makers, and a results-oriented approach are essential.

With excellent analytical and synthesis skills, you know how to translate complex issues into concrete action plans and impactful recommendations. You are comfortable working with numbers, are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a keen understanding of performance, profitability, and value creation.

Curious about innovation, you have a strong interest in topics related to digital transformation, data, and artificial intelligence, as well as their applications in driving business growth and operational performance.

Recognized for your interpersonal skills, your commitment to service, and your ability to build trust with high-level contacts, you thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking, business development, and operational implementation. Your professional-level English enables you to interact effectively in an international environment.

Previous experience in a consulting firm, B2B business development, business strategy, or business transformation will be a particularly valuable asset.
