Participate in the expression of functional and technical needs, write general and detailed specifications
Analyze the technical feasibility of business requests, as well as their coherence with the overall IS architecture and planning
Contribute to impact and technical feasibility studies, and produce analyses and summaries
Carry out developments required for projects, in compliance with Group standards and procedures
Participate in all key project phases: parameterization, integrated and technical acceptance, preparation for production start-up, assistance with start-up and maintenance of operations.
Implement user support and change management actions: training (for users or operations), drafting of user or operations documentation and start-up assistance
Analyze and evaluate corrective or evolutionary maintenance requests
Perform and test maintenance
Interface with development teams of technical service providers (internal and external)
Contribute to the team's on-call duties (evenings and weekends) during payroll closing periods

Your assets

With a degree in IT (Bac +5), you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the BtoB services sector.

You stand out for your curiosity, reactivity, sense of anticipation and ability to analyze and summarize.

You also have good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively. You are also recognized for your adaptability, autonomy, rigor and communication skills.

The technical skills required are as follows:

Mastery of HR Access
HR Access development and configuration (Batch, PLSQL, Cobol, Java, Shell Unix/Linux)
Mastery of Oracle and SQL Server databases
Knowledge of integration and ETL tools (ideally DataStage)
Mastery of HRIS architectures and HR data exchange flows
Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, administrative management, talent management, etc.)
