Your mission

  

 

Every year, we mentor interns and work-study students to help them earn their degrees while gaining hands-on experience in our fields.

 

In a multi-client, multi-business environment (aerospace, retail, etc.), you will join the Operational Excellence teams and contribute to performance improvement projects.

 

In this role, you will frequently be working on-site at various client locations.

 

🎯 Operational


In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:

 

-Participate in projects to transform and modernize farms

 

- Participate in logistics engineering projects

 

- Participate in lean management projects within your area of responsibility


- Help coordinate optimization efforts with field teams


- Help implement projects or changes initiated by the client


- Help develop action plans for the production system


- Help draft and update standard operating procedures and work instructions



🎯 Performance


- Help implement monitoring and management tools (dashboards, KPIs, reporting, etc.)


- Help analyze performance indicators (5P, QQOCP, Ishikawa, etc.)


- Monitor the implementation of action plans and participate in corrective actions


- Assist with reporting for the production system


- Help with the use of tools such as Power BI, VBA, or modeling tools


- Participate in Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, etc.)



🎯 Monitoring and Continuous Improvement


- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives


- Proactively suggest ways to improve processes


- Monitor industry practices and tools

👤 Your profile

 

You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, industrial performance, or a related field


- You have an interest in industrial or logistics environments


- You have knowledge of Lean principles (Green Belt certification is a plus)


- You are comfortable using analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)


- You are known for your interpersonal skills, your independence, and your ability to take the initiative


- You are curious, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team
