Job offer Operational Excellence Engineer F/H CDI Moselle (57)

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will support our projects in a multi-customer, multi-business environment (aeronautics, distribution...) in the Grand Est and Bourgogne Franche Comté regions.

You will frequently be out in the field for the fifteen or so customer sites in these two regions.

Your main duties will be:
o Lead lean management projects within your scope,
o Lead the search for optimization with field teams,
o Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects/changes,
o Draw up the production system action plan,
o Write and update operating procedures and work instructions.

You will also be involved in :

PERFORMANCE

o Set up monitoring and steering tools (dashboards, graphs, KPIs, etc.)
o Analyze KPIs (using 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA)
o Monitor implementation of the action plan and initiate any necessary corrective actions
o Report on the site's Production System
o Programming: VBA
o Power BI
o Modeling
o Lean Management (VSM, KAIZEN, etc.)

MONITORING AND EXPERTISE

o Develop and propose solutions for continuous improvement
o Keep an active watch on best logistics practices

Your assets

You have a 5-year degree in Logistics.
You have at least 3 years' experience in an industrial or logistics environment.

You are familiar with Lean principles (at least green belt and ideally black belt).

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and your ability to make proposals.
