Offer description

Your mission

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will support projects in multi-client and multi-sector environments (industrial logistics, nuclear, automotive, and retail).

Based in Roissy-en-France, you will work in the Grand Est and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions, right on the front lines.

 

Your challenges

You will lead and implement strategic projects focused on:

  • Digital Transformation of Operations
  • Lean Optimization (5S, waste reduction, continuous improvement)
  • Automation and Robotics in Logistics Workflows

You play a key role in modernizing operations, with a direct impact on our clients' performance.


Your main tasks

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage Lean management projects from start to finish
  • Lead optimization efforts in collaboration with field teams
  • Oversee the implementation of projects/changes initiated by the client
  • Design and deploy high-performance production systems
  • Document and standardize processes (procedures, instructions)

 

Performance & Data

  • Implement advanced performance management tools (KPIs, dashboards, visual indicators)
  • Analyze performance using structured methods (5P, QQOCP, Ishikawa)
  • Monitor the implementation of the action plan and take any necessary corrective actions
  • Leveraging and analyzing data (Power BI, modeling, VBA automation)
  • Generate clear, decision-oriented reports on the site's production system

 

Innovation & Expertise

  • Identify and implement innovative solutions (automation, robotization, digitization)
  • Actively monitor best practices in logistics and industry
  • Take the initiative in driving technological and organizational change

 

Your playground

  • Approximately 15 client sites with high operational stakes
  • Regular fieldwork (2 to 3 days a week in the Grand Est or Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions)
  • A variety of environments that foster a broad, strategic perspective on the supply chain
Your assets

You hold a master’s degree in logistics, general engineering, or robotics.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial or logistics setting.

You want to combine hands-on experience, data, and innovation.
You’re interested in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0.
You want to have a visible and measurable impact on operational performance.


You have knowledge of Lean principles (at least Green Belt level, and ideally Black Belt).


You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and your ability to make proposals.
