As a Methods Engineer, you will support our projects in a
multi-client, multi-activity environment (including aeronautics and distribution).
Your main duties will be:
o Lead lean management projects within your scope,
o Lead the search for optimization with field teams,
o Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects/changes,
o Draw up the production system action plan,
o Write and update operating procedures and work instructions.
You will also be involved in :
o Set up monitoring and steering tools (dashboards, graphs,
KPI...).)
o Analyze KPIs (via 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA)
o Monitor implementation of action plan and trigger corrective actions
o Carry out Production System reporting
o Programming: VBA
o Power BI
o Modeling
o Lean Management (VSM, KAIZEN, etc)
o Develop and propose solutions for continuous improvement
o Keep an active watch on best logistics practices
You have a 5-year degree in Logistics.
You have at least 5 years' experience in an industrial or logistics environment.
Knowledge of Lean principles (at least green belt and ideally black belt).
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and your ability to make proposals.
