Designing the global supply chain "from suppliers to customers", upstream of new sites
Preliminary studies for new sites
Manage logistics methods projects in compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives
Draw up a production system action plan
Determine procedures, identify, cost and implement operational improvements
Lead the search for optimization with field teams
Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects/changes
Manage interfaces, particularly IT interfaces, between the various players

Performance

Set up monitoring and control tools (dashboards, graphs, etc.).
Monitor the implementation of the action plan and trigger any corrective actions required
Carry out site production system reporting

Monitoring and expertise

Develop continuous improvement
Actively monitor best logistics practices
Participating in innovation
Ensure the drafting of documentation: customer specifications, internal procedures, rules for configuring management software packages, performance indicators and various dashboards,
Ensure compliance with agreed procedures and identify any deviations or malfunctions
