Job offer: Methods and Process Engineer (M/F) Permanent contract Roissy En France

As part of the development of our establishment, we are recruiting a Methods & Process Engineer. Within the Operational Excellence division, you will play a key role in performance analysis, continuous improvement, and change management.

Your responsibilities:
As a methods & processes engineer, you will be required to:

Analysis & performance

Analyze activity, processes, and performance indicators.
Identify areas for optimization and formulate proposals for improvement.
Establish and monitor relevant indicators.

Continuous improvement & change management

Design and implement improvement action plans.
Propose new organizational structures or working methods.
Actively participate in change management with operational teams.

Safety & quality

Collaborate with the Quality department and the operations teams.
Contribute to improving employee, operational, and flight safety.
Establish robust and appropriate processes.

Digitalization & IT projects

Participate in the digitization of internal processes.
Write requirements specifications for IT tools.
Participate in or lead meetings related to digital projects.

Projects & calls for tenders

Participate in the preparation of responses to calls for tenders.
Write technical reports.
Participate in client presentations and propose solutions.
Facilitate internal communication channels related to projects.

Your assets

Education & Experience

Graduate of an engineering school.
Significant experience in methods, quality, or production, ideally in an industrial setting.

Skills & soft skills

Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to innovate and support change management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and persuasiveness.
Proficiency in facilitating groups, meetings, and workshops.
Enjoy working in a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
