As part of a project, we are looking for an Operational Projects Engineer intern.

You will be involved in the deployment and optimization of a strategic digital tool for operations and quality in a demanding industrial environment.

This tool aims to strengthen the management of our employees' versatility and skills in the field.

Your main tasks:

As a true project manager, you will be responsible for the project from start to finish and will be involved in both practical, organizational, and digital aspects.

Prepare materials, project files, and decision-making summary sheets related to the deployment of the tool.
Oversee the rollout of the digital tool to replace existing Excel spreadsheets
Fully configure the solution: database structure, definition of positions, tasks, and associated skills
Analyze the actual needs of production managers and field teams in order to adapt the tool to operational constraints.
Conduct case studies and propose action plans to improve the reliability of skills management and support employee development (proof of skills).
Supporting change management: training team leaders and end users in the use of the tool
Participate in the creation of simple interfaces via Appsheet
Work in partnership with the solution publisher (during the configuration and deployment phases).

Depending on your profile and interests, you may be asked to contribute to cross-functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, or topics related to operational performance.

Your assets

As a student in your final year of engineering school or equivalent university program (general engineering, logistics, supply chain, industrial organization, production management), you are looking for a 6-month internship to start as soon as possible.

You enjoy industrial and operational environments and project management.

You are known for your analytical and synthesis skills.

You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills with a variety of contacts (field teams, management, external partners).

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
